Welcome to Syndicate. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform. Please read them carefully — by using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account or using Syndicate ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. Dating profiles, browsing, and matchmaking are available only to members aged 18 and over who complete the age check. Members aged 13–17 may use the community but cannot access dating. You must provide your real date of birth and must not attempt to bypass age restrictions. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to: post abusive, harassing, hateful, or sexual content; spam or flood the platform; impersonate others; share another person's private information; infringe intellectual property rights; or use the Service for any illegal purpose. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban without refund.
You retain ownership of content you post (forum threads, messages, setups, images). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service. You represent that you have the rights to all content you post.
Paid subscriptions (Bronze, Gold, Platinum) are billed monthly on a recurring basis until canceled. Store purchases are processed at the time of order. All payments are handled by our payment provider. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription tiers grant different levels of access to platform features. We reserve the right to modify which features are included in each tier. Feature availability is determined by your active subscription and, for Gold members, the premium features selected at checkout.
The Service, its design, branding, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission. Third-party content on the Service is owned by its respective creators.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Paid subscriptions are not refunded upon termination for cause.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
