Child safety standards

Syndicate Hub prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply across the service, including profiles, posts, uploads, groups, public conversations, and private messages. For these standards, a child is anyone under 18.

Prohibited content and behavior

  • Creating, uploading, requesting, promoting, linking to, or distributing CSAM, including sexual depictions of children in photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery.
  • Grooming, sexual solicitation, or contacting a child to arrange sexual contact or obtain sexual images.
  • Sexualizing children, exploiting or trafficking them, or helping others engage in those behaviors.
  • Sextortion, including threats or blackmail involving a child's real or alleged intimate images.
  • Any other content or behavior that facilitates sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.

Report a child-safety concern

Open the relevant user's in-app Report menu, where available, and select Child safety. You can also contact Syndicate Hub support at tellermatic@gmail.com with the subject Syndicate Hub child safety report.

Include the relevant username, content link or ID, a brief description of the concern, and approximately when it occurred. Share only the details needed to locate and review the concern.

Do not download, copy, attach, or forward sexual images or videos of children. Report where the content appears instead. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

Email a child-safety report

The button opens an email draft for you to review and send. If it does not open an email app, copy the address and subject above into your preferred email service. You do not need to sign in to view this page or send an email report.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. This support email is not an emergency service.

Our response policy

We will review child-safety reports and take appropriate action against content or accounts that violate these standards. Actions may include removing content, restricting access, and suspending or terminating accounts. When we become aware of CSAM on Syndicate Hub, our policy is to remove it and take the steps required by applicable law.

We will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority, in accordance with applicable law. Any preservation or disclosure of relevant information will be handled in accordance with legal obligations and our privacy policy.

Community and dating age rules

Community features are intended for people aged 13 and older. Regional minimum-age and parental-consent requirements may further limit eligibility. Members under 18 must have parental or guardian consent as described in our terms.

Dating is for adults aged 18 and older and is not available to minors. Using a false age or helping someone bypass an age restriction violates these standards. These age rules do not permit any content or behavior prohibited above.
